Fran Lawrence is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with extensive experience in sales implementation, operations training, and loan processing. Currently serving as a Sales Implementation Manager at Oxford Risk Management Group since December 2022, Fran previously held roles at The Federal Savings Bank as an Operations Trainer and Underwriting Analyst, along with experience as a Loan Production Manager at Guaranteed Rate. Early career positions include Senior Loan Processor roles at Caliber Home Loans and Direct Mortgage Loans, and initial work as a Loan Processor/Post Closer at NFM Lending.
