Tania Sherahilo has worked in various roles since 2006. Tania began as an Event Coordinator at Bristol Zoo Gardens, then moved to Sun Biofuels, LLC as a Project Manager in 2006. In 2010, they took on the role of Events Manager at Prestige Promotions and Marketing Manager at Element Six, a De Beers Group Company. Most recently, they have been the Marketing Communications Manager at Oxford Photovoltaics Ltd since 2017.

Tania Sherahilo completed a Bachelor's Degree in Archeology from UCL from 2003 to 2006. Tania then went on to receive a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Certificate from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2012. Finally, they completed a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2014.
