Daniel Kirk has worked for a number of companies since 2007. Daniel began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford in 2007. In 2008, they joined DuPont as a Development Scientist, where they were responsible for product development for multiple industries and the design of high conductivity printable inks. In 2013, they moved to Nexeon Ltd as a Cell Characterisation Scientist, where they were involved in the characterisation and development of novel silicon materials for Lithium-ion batteries, as well as the design, formulation and processing of Silicon based anode coatings and electrochemical testing of cells. In 2014, they joined Oxford PV as a Technical Manager and Senior Engineer. In 2015, they became a Director (aka Trustee) at Oxfordshire Community Churches.
Daniel Kirk attended the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2007, where they received their PhD in Materials Science.
