Zoe Bodycote MCIPD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Dalkia UK since July 2015, Zoe leads the recruitment strategy for a rapidly growing business, focusing on candidate attraction, workforce planning, and inclusive recruitment practices. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Dalkia UK and HR Consultant at Wright Hassall LLP, along with HR positions at Kuehne + Nagel, Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, easyJet, and Wincanton for Tesco Distribution. In addition to these roles, Zoe contributes to the Stage Door Casual Team at Oxford Playhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for visiting productions. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Theatre Studies from the University of Leeds.
