Matt Cottingham is an experienced scientific professional with a robust background in medical writing and virology. Currently serving as Scientific Director at Oxford PharmaGenesis since August 2012, Matt has also held roles including Principal Medical Writer, Senior Medical Writer, and Medical Writer within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Virologist at the Jenner Institute, University of Oxford from January 2006 to October 2012, and Research Associate at Imperial College London for a brief period in 2005. Earlier roles include Post-doctoral Research Scientist at IAH Compton and Post-doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford. Matt holds a DPhil in Pathology and an MBiochem in Biochemistry, both from the University of Oxford.
