Kat Timberlake has extensive experience in medical editing and publishing, currently serving as an Associate Principal Medical Editor at Oxford PharmaGenesis since May 2014. In this role, Kat collaborates with editors, graphic designers, and typesetters while providing guidance to writers on material presentation for specific audiences. Previously, Kat held various positions at Reedmace Publishing from April 2008 to May 2014, including Owner/Director, Senior Editor, and Editor, focusing on content services for publishing sectors. Kat holds a DPhil in Bacterial Genetics and Ecology from the University of York, a PGCE in Teacher Education from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Bristol.
