Sophia Sathiamoorthy has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Sophia started their career at Lhasa Limited as a Test Analyst in October 2016 and worked there until December 2018. After that, they joined InTechnology PLC as a Software Test Engineer from December 2018 to April 2019. Following that, they worked at Hermes as a Contract Test Engineer from April 2019 to March 2020.

In 2021, Sophia joined Answer Digital as a Lead QA and Automation Tester. In this role, they led the quality assurance efforts for various projects, including the Fingerprints and DNA project for the Metropolitan police. Sophia worked at Answer Digital from February 2021 to May 2021.

Continuing their career progression, Sophia joined Sensyne Health in May 2021 as a Quality Assurance Engineer and remained there until May 2022.

Currently, they are working at Oxford Nanopore Technologies as a Senior Software Test Engineer, starting in May 2022.

Sophia Sathiamoorthy attended the Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women from 1998 to 2002. Sophia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware and Software Engineering during this time.
