Jennifer Oestreicher currently serves as the Manager of HR Compliance at Oxford Industries since October 2023. Previously, Jennifer Oestreicher held various roles at Luxottica from July 2009 to June 2022, including Senior Manager of HR Compliance, Director of Internal Audit, Director of EEO & Affirmative Action Compliance, and Manager of HR Compliance. Earlier experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Harman & Fedick, Ltd. and Intern in Associate Relations at Luxottica Retail North America. Jennifer Oestreicher began the professional journey with an internship as Assignment Commissioner at Hamilton County Municipal Court. Academically, Jennifer Oestreicher earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Business & Business Legal Studies from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, along with a minor in Hebrew Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington and a Study Abroad Program at the University of Sydney.
