Jennifer Cunnington MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for Europe at Oxford Global Resources since March 2015. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of HR Business Partner at On Assignment from March 2012 to March 2015, and was a Senior HR Advisor at Vertex Data Science, a leader in BPO and IT services, from August 2009 to March 2012. Early in the career, Jennifer worked as an HR Advisor at the National House Building Council from August 2004 to May 2009, contributing to the organization's mission in improving housebuilding standards in the UK. Jennifer earned a CIPD qualification during the Professional Development Scheme at Buckinghamshire New University from 2005 to 2008, and completed coursework at Amersham and Wycombe College in 2004-2005.
