Bryan Samaha, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in corporate development and valuation services. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Oxford Global Resources since January 2023, Bryan previously held senior leadership roles at ConvaTec and Honeywell, focusing on corporate strategy, business development, and financial forecasting for acquisitions. Bryan's extensive expertise includes managing valuation analyses for various industries, performing pre-deal due diligence, and collaborating with multinational clients to support complex financial evaluations. Bryan began a career at Wells Fargo Advisors and progressed through KPMG and Goldman Sachs, where significant contributions included developing valuation models and analyzing diverse securities. Bryan holds a dual major B.S. in Finance and Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
