Rich Russakoff has ten years of experience in the senior housing and skilled nursing industry. He is responsible for originating senior, mezzanine, and asset-based loans to healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Oxford in 2020, Rich spent nine years as the VP of business affairs and corporate strategy at Sun Mar Healthcare, a top-tier, Southern California-based operator of 26 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Before Sun Mar, Rich worked in finance at Morgan Stanley and was a senior producer for CBS Television. Throughout his career, Rich has also provided business development and management consulting for various healthcare-related companies.

Rich earned an MBA from UCLA – The Anderson School of Management and holds a B.S. from Northwestern University.
