Terri Boland is an experienced residential portfolio manager currently working at Oxford Companies since August 2022. As a principal and owner at Concord Group, LLC since May 2015, Terri established a niche consulting operation specializing in indoor air quality and mold assessments while completing education. Prior experience includes tenure at Beztak Properties from 2005 to 2015, where Terri advanced through various roles, including Operations Assistant to the Executive VP of Senior Living and multiple property management positions, overseeing significant multifamily communities and ensuring financial objectives were met. Terri holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Capella University, completed between November 2017 and May 2021.
