Jeff Anderson possesses extensive experience in maintenance and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Residential Maintenance Supervisor and Residential-Commercial Cap X Manager at Oxford Companies since August 2019, Jeff previously held the role of Regional Director of Housekeeping and Maintenance at CSIG Holding Co. Senior Village Management, overseeing a team responsible for housekeeping and maintenance in 16 communities. Jeff's earlier positions include Maintenance Supervisor at DTN Management, Maintenance Manager at Aimco Management, Facilities Maintenance Manager at Atlantis Asset Management, and Maintenance Manager at Gillespie Group, among others. With a strong background in both hands-on maintenance and management, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in staff supervision, project coordination, and operational efficiency throughout a career that spans over four decades, including initial service as a Track Diesel Field Mechanic in the US Army. Jeff holds a high school diploma from Roosevelt High School in Lubbock, Texas.
