Deb Pearson has had extensive work experience in marketing and leasing roles. Deb started their career with Grubb & Ellis as a Marketing Manager from September 2002 to December 2004. Following that, they worked for Bluestone Realty Advisors as an Office Specialist and later as a Marketing Manager from January 2005 to April 2010. Since May 2010, Deb has been with Oxford Companies, where they have held multiple positions, including Leasing Director and Director of Marketing. In their role at Oxford, they have been responsible for leading the marketing and leasing efforts of a nearly 1,000,000 SF portfolio and overseeing public relations and web presence.

Deb Pearson obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Art Education from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 1970 to 1975.
