David Shaw is an experienced professional with a background in business improvement and information systems management. Currently serving as a Business Improvement Project Manager at Oxford City Council, David previously held the position of Head of Information Systems at The Guinness Trust from January 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leading the Information Systems Team and overseeing project planning and budgeting. David's career transitioned to retirement from LIMEGROVE CONSULTANTS LIMITED in early 2024. David received a degree in Economics from Kingston University between 1985 and 1987.
