Benjamin Franks is an experienced professional in the field of sports coaching and education, currently serving as an Emerging Talent Reporter at The Football Association and as Head of Football and Senior Lecturer in Applied Coaching Sciences at Oxford Brookes University. With a strong background in youth development, Benjamin holds the position of Head of Youth & Junior Football at Sevenoaks Town FC and has contributed as a Tutor for UK Coaching. Previous roles include Head of Coach Learning and Development at Boing Kids, Emerging Talent Centre Coach for Kent FA, and Assistant Manager for women's teams at both Ebbsfleet United Football Club and Gillingham Women Football Club. Benjamin's academic credentials include a PhD in Perceptual-Motor Learning and a Master's degree in Sport and Health Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours in Sport, Coaching, and Physical Education.
