François Deschamps has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. François started their career in 1989 as an Editor and then moved into a Marketing Manager role in 1991 at Chambre Francaise de Commerce et d'Industrie en Italie. François subsequently worked as the Head of Sales & Marketing at Cie de la Baie de Saint Pierre from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Oxford Analytica as the Senior Vice President Business Development EMEA, where they were responsible for business development in Europe and CIS. In 2009, they became a Board Member at EUROSINT Forum until 2015. Most recently, since 2015, François has been serving as a Senior Advisor at ADEN Services.

François Deschamps attended Lycee Victor Duruy from 1976 to 1983, where they completed their high school education. François then went on to study at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management at EM Lyon Business School from 1987 to 1989.
