Simona Rigoni currently serves as the Roster Recruitment & Certification Manager and HR Project Lead at Justice Rapid Response since November 2023. Simona has worked with OXFAM Italia since January 2010, initially as a Human Resources & Secretary Head of Office, where responsibilities included resourcing, recruitment, and performance management, and later as the Safeguarding Coordinator, focusing on prevention activities and the safeguarding system's management. Previous experiences include project management roles addressing Female Genital Mutilation in Italy and international work in Angola and Serbia. Simona holds several professional certifications in HR management, safeguarding, and investigation, alongside a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures from the University of Florence.
