Karla Capers has an extensive work experience in various organizations. Karla is currently working as the Director of Digital Marketing and Supporter Engagement at Oxfam America. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engagement at the Union of Concerned Scientists, where they oversaw various digital marketing efforts and tracked analytics. Before that, they held multiple roles at Corporate Accountability International (formerly Infact), including Creative/Operations Director and Communications Coordinator/ Director of Finance and Administration.
