Katarina Berg currently serves as the Chairperson of Care and Welfare at Oxelösunds Kommun since January 2023. Prior to this role, Katarina held multiple positions at SSAB, including Occupational Health Coordinator from January 2021 to January 2023, Department Head from November 2018 to May 2020, and Manager of Quality Control from February 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring production quality targets were met and compliance with various standards. Earlier experience at SSAB EMEA involved leading a project to shorten lead times, and prior to that, Katarina was responsible for overall management of the Hardening Line 2 and worked as an Operations Technician, where duties included overseeing daily operations and ensuring environmental compliance.
