Ian Little has worked in various roles since 1992. Ian began their career as a Senior Product Manager at Pearson Education in 1992. Ian then moved to Learndirect as a Product Manager in 1999. In 2002, they worked as a Senior Programme Manager at UKeU. In 2004, they became a Global eMarketing Programme Manager at AstraZeneca. In 2011, they were a Digital Products & Services Manager at Cogent. In 2014, they were a Programme Manager - Online Self Service at TalkTalk Business. In 2015, they became a Product Manager at GREENSILL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY (UK) LIMITED. In 2021, they were a Programme Manager - Acquisitions at Rathbones Group Plc. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Oxbury Bank Plc.

Ian Little has attended three educational institutions: the University of Leicester, London Metropolitan University, and The Open University Business School.
