Thierry Daugeron serves as Chief Development Officer at Oxan Energy since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in offshore wind project management. Previously, Thierry held the role of Offshore Wind Project Manager at Shell from January 2020 to September 2023, focusing on floating tender projects in France. Prior to that, Thierry was a Floating Offshore Wind Project Manager at EOLFI from March 2016 to December 2019. Thierry's career also includes significant contributions at EOLE-RES, where responsibilities spanned from managing offshore wind projects, including the development of the Saint-Brieuc project, to overseeing a portfolio of wind and photovoltaic projects. Early career experience includes positions at Enertrag AG and the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande, where Thierry focused on environmental impact studies and project development. Thierry holds a degree in Geography and Territorial Planning from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a Master's in Eco-development from the Institut d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme de Lille.
