Nicolas Paul-Dauphin currently serves as the CEO of Oxan Energy, a company dedicated to developing floating wind projects, having established a team of around twenty experts since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas Paul-Dauphin held various leadership positions at EOLFI and SHELL from 2004 to 2023, overseeing significant company transformations, including the integration of EOLFI into SHELL and the management of multiple joint ventures for renewable energy projects. With experience in developing and financing wind and solar projects across Europe, including roles at EOLFI Polska and EOLFI Wind Hellas, and a background in private equity at Rothschild & Co and WestLB, Nicolas Paul-Dauphin has achieved considerable success in the renewable energy sector. Nicolas Paul-Dauphin holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and is pursuing further executive education at Sciences Po.
