Elsa Couturier currently serves as the Responsable Communication & Affaires Publiques at Oxan Energy since November 2023. Prior to this role, Elsa held various positions at ENERCON from August 2017 to October 2023, including Head of Global Commercial Communication & Public Affairs, where significant achievements included implementing a global communication campaign for the 60 GW milestone and organizing events to strengthen customer relations. Earlier roles included managing public affairs and communication for the Western Europe region and France. Elsa gained experience in European projects at EDF and E.ON France, alongside foundational roles at the European Parliament and Mouvement Européen-France. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po and dual Bachelor's Degrees in European Studies and International Studies.
