Caroline Coates serves as General Counsel and VP of Legal at Oxa since November 2020, focusing on in-house legal matters for Oxbotica, an autonomous driving software leader. Additionally, Caroline is a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer support community for General Counsel, and holds the position of Governor at The Governing Body of Rugby School. Caroline also serves as a Non-Executive Director at BHSF and was a Governor at Ronald McDonald House Birmingham until June 2022. Past roles include Director at Birmingham Law Society and Partner at DWF and Buller Jeffries. Caroline was President of Birmingham Law Society from 2008 to 2009. Caroline achieved an LLB in Law from King's College London between 1987 and 1990.
