Dave Ulmer has a strong background in leadership positions. Dave served as the President and CEO of The Tapco Group from April 2002 to May 2017. In February 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Ox Engineered Products.

Dave Ulmer attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Pre-Law. Dave'seducation continued with additional training in Presentation and Negotiation Skills from Dale Carnegie Training. Dave also participated in courses related to Finance for the Non-Financial Manager and Manager of Managers at the University of Michigan.
