Kevin Clayton has a work experience that spans over three decades. Kevin started their career in 1990 as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force and held this role until 2017 when they were promoted to the position of Air Traffic Control Manager. In 2019, Kevin joined OWT Global LLC as the CUAS Deputy Program Manager, where they served until 2022. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Program Manager, Counter UAS Systems at the same company.

Kevin Clayton attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations.
