Denis L. is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Team Lead at OWOX BI since October 2017, previously holding the roles of Senior Digital Analyst and Digital Analyst. Prior to this, Denis worked at PrivatBank from July 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included project management for the speech analytics Operations Centre NPS, as well as serving as an expert in the operations center NPS and a leading specialist for car sales. Denis L. holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in engineering technologies and related fields from the Ukrainian State Chemical Technology University, Dnipropetrovsk, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
