Sir Charles Hill has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at BNY Mellon as an Operational Risk Management VP, responsible for internal process improvement and oversight of Operations, Trading, Institutional Retail, and Compliance. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Jefferies as an Investment Banking M&A Associate, specializing in corporate sales, divestitures, and acquisitions.

In 2018, they joined Playbook Capital LLC as a Director, where they sourced and executed SPV investments through strategic partnerships and led valuation analysis, capital calls and due diligence on 150+ startups. In 2020, they founded and directed the Ally Accelerator, a 10-week startup accelerator specifically designed for women of color founders.

In 2021, they became an Advisor for NOM Media, and in 2022 they became a Mentor for Techstars. Sir Charles is currently the Chief Risk/Compliance Officer of UseBump.com, the #1 fintech platform for revenue tracking, expenses monitoring, crypto and NFTs management, and micro-credit for 50 million small-medium sized creator businesses. Sir Charles is also a Board Member of the Black Professionals Network and the President of the Board of Directors and Director of EcoTech Visions Incubator.

Sir Charles Hill received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Haverford College, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
