Kim Hutchinson has over 12 years of professional experience in business operations, accounting, and program management. In 2020, they were appointed as the Director of Business Operations at Ownership Mortgage. From 2013-2020, they worked at Four Winds Interactive in various roles, including Manager, Internal Process and Accounting Central Services Manager. In these roles, they provided oversight of both accounting-specific and interdepartmental process, and was accountable for data auditing, cleansing, and management. From 2008-2013, they worked at Developmental Pathways in two roles, Program Manager and Program Administrator. As Program Manager, they managed two medically fragile group homes and the company's substitute staff program. As Program Administrator, they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, such as petty cash management, client personal funds management, supply and medication ordering, and staff scheduling.

Kim Hutchinson completed their Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver between 2004 and 2008.
