Fred Arnold is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the construction finance industry, currently serving as Owner and CEO of Owner Builder Loans, LLC and OBL Investments since June 2011. In forming these companies with Miles Arnold, Fred aimed to develop a construction finance firm that addresses market challenges stemming from the housing crisis of 2008. With an extensive background in residential construction financing, Fred founded Home Builders Finance, Inc. in 1987 and previously held key positions such as Publisher and Editor in Chief of Build Your Own Home Directory, and Co-Founder and President of Michigan School of Home Building. Starting their career in residential construction in 1977, Fred gained foundational experience in various roles, including Field Superintendent at Allstate Construction and Office Manager at Marflax Corporation.
