Yoni Serfaty is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at OwnBackup since June 2022, Yoni previously held the same role at Syte, focusing on managing client relationships and satisfaction. Yoni's extensive experience includes a position as International Sales Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiation and management of high-value accounts across EMEA and the US. As an entrepreneur, Yoni acted as the exclusive distributor for major European FMCG brands in Africa, driving business development and revenue growth. Additional experience includes managing sales and business development for SaaS products at Ness Technologies and a foundational role as an SAP Consultant at Taldor systems.
