Tal Kofler is an accomplished Senior Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently working at Own Company since May 2021. Previously, Kofler held multiple roles at OwnBackup from May 2021 to November 2023, including Senior Technical Support Engineer at both Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels, and served as Operations & Head of Customer Success at Merlinx until its acquisition by OwnBackup. Early career experiences include customer service at DavidShield and roles in the banking sector and youth camp leadership.
