Jeff Walwyn is the managing director at Owl Rock. Jeff has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry.

Jeff began their career as a financial analyst at JPMorgan in 2002. Jeff then moved to Gulf Stream Asset Management in 2006 where they worked as a research analyst for five years. In 2011, they joined Apollo Global Management LLC as a principal and senior research analyst. Jeff spent three years at Apollo before moving to their current position at Owl Rock in 2015.

At Owl Rock, Jeff is responsible for leading a team of analysts who provide research and analysis on potential investments. Jeff has successfully helped the company grow its assets under management from $10 billion to over $25 billion.

Jeff Walwyn obtained their MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, and their BS in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. Jeff also has a certification from the CFA Institute in Chartered Financial Analyst.
