Yann Berton is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Unit Plant Manager at O-I since October 2018, Yann previously held the role of Maintenance Manager at both O-I (2003 - 2015) and LISI AEROSPACE (2015 - 2018). Throughout the career, responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting production processes, and leading initiatives for performance improvement based on safety, quality, and operational metrics. Yann's educational advancements include a BAC F1 in Mechanics from Lycée Gustave Eiffel Bordeaux and a BTS in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Lycée Technique Charles de Coulomb.
