Michael Knak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and solutions analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Analyst at O-I since January 2019, Michael previously worked as a System Administrator at Lourdes University, where responsibilities included leading technical infrastructure services and implementing process documentation. Michael's tenure at O-I spans nearly two decades, during which roles progressed from Associate Systems Administrator to Senior Technical Specialist, focusing on global server management, Active Directory implementation, and disaster recovery exercises.
