Carl Josey began their work experience in 2000 at Amerimade Technology, where they served as an Engineering Manager for 12 years until 2012. In March 2012, they transitioned to Owens Design as a Senior Electrical Engineer, and is currently in this role.

Carl Josey attended Clemson University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
