Neha Mohan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Owens Corning since August 2019. In this role, Neha supports R&D Directors and the Sustainability organization while previously contributing to the Warranty and Pricing Operations teams and serving as a Compensation Lead for Corporate Functions. Neha's background includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an HRLDP Intern role at Whirlpool Corporation, and experience in talent acquisition at Walmart. Additional expertise includes outreach coordination at The South Asia Institute and The University of Chicago, along with research assistance at UW-Madison Libraries. Neha holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management and a B.S. in International Relations and Affairs, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
