Elayna Keating, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Leader at Owens Corning, focusing on various product lines since June 2018, and previously held the position of HR Lead within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at IKEA Group, where strategic projects enhanced workplace relations and performance. Elayna also contributed to the Ohio State Bar Association as a Human Resources Manager, establishing the HR department, and served as an Employee and Labor Relations Consultant at The Ohio State University. Earlier in the career, Elayna held the role of Director of Human Resources/Legal Counsel at Richland County Children Services Board, managing HR and Risk Management, alongside experience as an Associate Attorney at Kelley & Ferraro, LLP. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University.
