Kristin Haggerty, MPA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director for Owen J. Roberts School District since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in educational human resources. Previously, Kristin held the role of Human Resources Director at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center from February 2019 to July 2021 and served as a School Board Member for Avon Grove Charter School during the 2016-2021 term. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Admin Assistant at Chester County Intermediate Unit from October 2014 to February 2019, and as Assistant Dining Room Manager/Private Events Manager at Simon Pearce from September 2004 to February 2008. Kristin's educational background includes a Doctorate in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from the same institution, a Master of Public Administration from Penn State Harrisburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
