Pennie Scalf is an experienced professional in the electrical and project management field, currently serving as Superintendent at Owen Electric Company, Inc. since March 2018 and as Project Manager at Empire Electric Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Pennie held positions as Electrical Foreman at Stellar Energy and as Foreman at Arc Flash Electric.
