Nicole Hornung is an experienced customer service professional with a background in technical support and call center supervision. Currently serving as a Technical Support Supervisor at Other World Computing since March 2020, Nicole has also held roles as Call Center Supervisor and Customer Service Representative within the same company. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Flight Crews Unlimited, Inc. as a Crew Scheduler for a brief period, and gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at Renishaw USA. Nicole's career began at Snap-on Tools, where notable responsibilities included working as a Customer Experience Representative from May 2014 to January 2019.
