James Elliman has extensive experience in quality and compliance management, currently serving as the Quality and Innovation Manager at The Good Care Group since September 2017. Prior roles at the same organization include Quality and Compliance Supervisor, Quality & Compliance Lead, Training and Compliance Officer, Training Coordinator, and Learning and Development Administrator. Prior to this, James worked as a match day steward at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club from February 2016 to August 2018, focusing on ensuring the safety of supporters. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with Human Resource Management from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
