Anita Kjensli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Kommunalsjef, HR-sjef, and IT-sjef at Øvre Eiker kommune since February 2014, Anita is a key member of the Kommunedirektørens leadership team. Prior to this role, Anita held the position of Managing Director at eCademy-Nettstudier og kurs from January 2011 to January 2014, overseeing results, daily operations, and pedagogy while reporting to the board chair. Anita's earlier career included roles as Sales Manager and Section Leader for Education at NKI Nettstudier and Marketing and Sales Manager at NæringsAkademiet between 2004 and 2010. Anita holds part of a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of South-Eastern Norway and continued education through NKI Nettstudier from 2009 to 2010.
