Tessa Astbury has over eight years of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at OVO Energy since March 2015, with previous roles including Senior Operations Team Leader, PAYG Operations Team Leader, and PAYG Operations Technician. Prior experience includes a position as Residential Head of House at Kaplan International English from July 2013 to August 2014, where responsibilities included ensuring student welfare and safety while developing organizational skills through the administration of documents and finances. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Cardiff University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Sherborne Girls in 2010.
