James Whitlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and support services at OVO since March 2014. Currently serving as Senior Technical Manager for Productivity Solutions, James leads a team focused on innovative technical solutions, automation, and integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Tech Services Manager, where James oversaw a team of over 35 members to deliver IT service management to more than 13,000 employees, and Tech Support Manager, responsible for strategic scalability and technical integration following acquisitions.
