Roee Raz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roee is currently the Founder & CEO of OVIVO Games, a publishing house specializing in Hyper-Casual games. At OVIVO Games, they lead a talented and experienced team and focuses on data-driven decisions and deep back-end analytics to identify and publish successful mobile games from leading studios worldwide. Previously, Roee was the Co-Founder & CEO of DrasticFun and GRapps, where they played a key role in establishing and growing the companies. Before that, they worked at DauUp as a Senior Campaign Manager and Campaign Manager Analyst. Roee also has experience in the non-profit sector, as they were the Area Manager and Head Instructor at Aharai, where they managed empowerment groups for youth, recruited employees, and raised funds for activities. Additionally, they were a StartUp entrepreneur at Urban Turbine, a unique startup in the field of green energy, and won the first prize in the Cleantech category at BizTEC in 2012. Overall, Roee Raz has a strong entrepreneurial background with expertise in mobile gaming, marketing, and non-profit management.
Roee Raz completed a 1-year full scholarship executive excellence program in Leadership at the Hoffman Kofman Foundation in 2022-2023. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Roee earned a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in information systems from the Ruppin Academic Center. Roee also attended the "Leo-Baeck" Haifa high school from 1999 to 2002, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.
