Kathleen Neely is a skilled tax professional with extensive experience in both corporate and partnership tax. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Accountant at Ovintiv since May 2023, Kathleen focuses on international tax matters, ASC 740, and compliance. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Senior Tax Accountant at Coterra Energy from February 2014 to May 2023, following their merger with Cimarex Energy Co. Earlier in Kathleen's career, experience as a Federal Tax Manager at KPMG involved overseeing complex corporate tax returns and working on various audit assistance projects. Kathleen's foundational experience includes roles as a Federal Tax Intern at KPMG and an Audit Intern at Ernst & Young. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from The University of Mississippi and a Master's in Taxation from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
