Gabriela Petrillo currently serves as the Keepbiz Customer Support Representative Team Leader at OVHcloud since May 2023, following an extensive career at Genpact from October 2020 to May 2023, where Gabriela held the positions of Front Line Manager and Subject Matter Expert. Previous roles include English Teacher at the UK College of English Language and ST. GILES GROUP LIMITED, along with a position as School Operations Coordinator at Angle Education, which involved staff management and training. Early experience includes hospitality roles at The Ivy Collection and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where Gabriela gained management and operational expertise.
