Mihai Filip has experience as a Chief Executive Officer at Oves Enterprise since April 2015. In this role, they lead a team that builds and delivers complex software solutions for start-ups and enterprises. Mihai focuses on leveraging design, data, and engineering to achieve the business goals of their clients. Mihai also has experience as the founder of Oves.ro online luxury, where they created a successful e-commerce platform for selling luxury fashion items. Mihai started this venture in February 2010 and ended it in January 2015. During this time, they sold luxury goods from renowned brands that were previously unavailable on the Romanian market.

Mihai Filip pursued their education in a sequential manner. Mihai began their educational journey in 2005 at the Facultatea de Business, Universitatea Babes-Bolyai, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2009. Following this, Mihai continued their studies at Universitatea Bogdan Voda from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master's degree in Business. Subsequently, they went on to pursue a Phd in Management at the same institution, which they successfully completed in 2013.
